Terms and Conditions for Consumables Circular Program

Application of Terms

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) are applicable to and govern your participation in the IQOS Consumables Circular Program(“Consumables Circular Program”).
You should read these Terms carefully as they affect your legal rights and govern your relationship Philip Morris Management Services (Middle East) limited (Lebanon branch) (“We”, “Our” or “Philip Morris Lebanon”).

By participating in the Consumables Circular Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree or cannot comply with these Terms, then you are not permitted to participate in the Consumables Circular Program . No modification of these Terms by you is permitted unless We expressly agree in writing. 

We also reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions, suspend or terminate the Consumables Circular Program at any time and at our discretion.  

Eligibility

The Consumables Circular Program allows the Intended User (“Participant”) of IQOS, to collect and return their used consumables in a designated store so we can dispose of them responsibly.  

To be eligible, you have to be a resident of Lebanon, above 18 years of age and a registered user in Our database. 

The participant receives a gift after dropping off 5 collection bags, with a maximum of 2 collection bags per month. 

The gifts are discretionary and can’t be exchanged or refunded. We reserve the right to change the gift at any time. Exchanging the reward against cash is not possible.  

Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Lebanon. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon for disputes arising from or related to these Terms.
