TEREA tobacco sticks were specially developed for IQOS ILUMA. This is why TEREA tobacco sticks cannot be used with previous IQOS heated tobacco devices (ORIGINALS or older), as this may cause damage to the device. HEETS tobacco sticks, in turn, are not suitable for IQOS ILUMA.

Because DELIA tobacco sticks feature a fully sealed tobacco part they are not compatible with IQOS 3 DUO or any earlier blade generation devices. Using a DELIA stick in a adevice with blade heating technology may damage the blade.

The IQOS ILUMA i PRIME has 4 new smart features: FlexPuff, Pause Mode, FlexBattery, and Touch Screen to make your experience seamless.
IQOS ILUMA i PRIME features a Touch Screen that allows you to quickly and easily see information about your experience for your convenience. Information displayed on the Touch Screen includes:
The Touch Screen displays a number of symbols that help you to understand your device. For example, 1 or 2 horizontal lines blinking 8 times indicates that the battery is discharged.

Pause Mode is an advanced feature that adds to the convenience of your IQOS ILUMA i PRIME by letting you pause your experience for up to 8 minutes and resume it.* This means that if you are interrupted, you can simply activate Pause Mode via the Touch Screen to avoid wasting your SMARTCORE STICK™.
Some of the benefits of Pause Mode include:
*Only available in Performance Mode, during the first 3 minutes or 8 puffs of the experience. When pause is activated, Performance Mode gives adult users up to 2 consecutive experiences and pause is available only for 1 of them.
As the name suggests, FlexPuff is a feature of IQOS ILUMA i PRIME that enables a more flexible experience compared to previous IQOS devices. The feature may provide you with 4 extra puffs.**
FlexPuff automatically adapts to you based on your individual usage patterns, so you don't have to worry about activating it yourself.
Some benefits of FlexPuff include:
**FlexPuff activation and number of puffs depend on individual usage patterns, thus extra puffs might not apply to all adult consumers and/or experiences. FlexPuff does not activate when pause is used.
IQOS ILUMA i PRIME also has a FlexBattery feature, so you can manage the holder battery. With FlexBattery, you can switch between 2 modes for the IQOS ILUMA Holder: Eco Mode and Performance Mode. Each mode has its own unique advantages.
Performance Mode is the default mode of your IQOS ILUMA i PRIME. With Performance Mode, you can have:
- 2 experiences of up to 6 minutes with one Pause Mode available.
OR
- 3 consecutive uses of up to 6 minutes each (with no Pause Mode available).
Alternatively, you can switch your Battery Holder to Eco Mode via the IQOS APP . This sets your Battery Holder to single use only, lasting up to 6 minutes (Pause Mode is not available).
IQOS ILUMA i PRIME comes in 4 vibrant colours: Garnet Red, Midnight Black, Breeze Blue, and Aspen Green.
You can also choose from a variety of IQOS accessories including Wraps, Doors and Ring Sets to personalise your device’s appearance.
The device allows for easily swappable wraps in different materials and colours, including Premium Wraps, Leather Wraps, and Sensory Texture Wraps. Additionally, there are premium Rings available to switch up the device's look, including sets of different coloured Rings with a handy removal tool for easy swapping.
