TEREA tobacco sticks were specially developed for IQOS ILUMA. This is why TEREA tobacco sticks cannot be used with previous IQOS heated tobacco devices (ORIGINALS or older), as this may cause damage to the device. HEETS tobacco sticks, in turn, are not suitable for IQOS ILUMA.

Because DELIA tobacco sticks feature a fully sealed tobacco part they are not compatible with IQOS 3 DUO or any earlier blade generation devices. Using a DELIA stick in a adevice with blade heating technology may damage the blade.

The Kit
The IQOS kit is easy to use. So, what’s in the box?
Firstly, you need to make sure your IQOS is fully charged. If you’re using it for the first time, make sure you charge the pocket charger for the full 90 minutes.
How to Use IQOS 3 DUO - Getting Started
Step 1. Turn on: press the button at the top for 4 seconds. Check the status lights on your IQOS Holder to see the battery level. Two lights mean it’s fully charged, and you can use it twice. One light means one use. No lights mean it’s time to recharge the holder.
Step 2. Insert: gently insert a HEETS stick. Don’t twist the stick. If you do, you risk breaking the blade.
Step 3. Heat: After you’ve inserted the HEETS stick, press and hold the holder button. You’ll feel a vibration and the lights will pulse slowly. That means the holder is getting ready. When you feel two vibrations and both status lights are steadily on, that means you’re good to go.
Step 4. Use: If you feel two vibrations again, that means your IQOS time is nearly up. Slide open the IQOS 3 DUO Holder, remove the HEETS stick, and slide the holder shut. Tap the holder button to see the device’s status. Remember: one light means there’s one use remaining. You can enjoy another IQOS experience or place the holder back in the charger.

How to Use IQOS 3 Multi - Getting Started
Step 1. Turn on: turn on your IQOS 3 Multi by pressing the button down for four seconds
Step 2. Insert: Rotate the IQOS 3 Multi lid, then put the HEETS stick in. Press in down gently to the filter line.
Step 3. Heat: Hold the button until it vibrates. The light pulses as it heats up. Once it is ready to use, button will stay white and the holder will vibrate twice. In the last 30 seconds you will feel two more vibrations, letting you know that you have 30 seconds left. When the light fades out it means it is finished. Pull the cap up and take out the used HEETS stick.
Step 4. Use: You can use your IQOS 3 Multi 10 times consecutively before you need to charge it again!

How to Use IQOS 2.4 Plus - Getting Started
Step 1. Remove: Take the IQOS from the pocket charger.
Step 2. Insert: Slide the HEETS stick into the holder, with the tobacco side facing downwards.
Step 3. Heat: Press and hold the holder button for two seconds. The LED light will start flashing green. When the LED light is solid green, you can start using the IQOS.
Step 4. Use: You can use it for up to 14 puffs or 6 minutes, whichever comes first. The LED light will turn red to indicate that the heating cycle is ending and you have two puffs or 30 seconds remaining. The light then goes off and the experience has finished.
Step 5. Empty: To remove the HEETS stick, slide the cap on the holder upwards and pull it out.
