TEREA tobacco sticks were specially developed for IQOS ILUMA. This is why TEREA tobacco sticks cannot be used with previous IQOS heated tobacco devices (ORIGINALS or older), as this may cause damage to the device. HEETS tobacco sticks, in turn, are not suitable for IQOS ILUMA.

Because DELIA tobacco sticks feature a fully sealed tobacco part they are not compatible with IQOS 3 DUO or any earlier blade generation devices. Using a DELIA stick in a adevice with blade heating technology may damage the blade.

Keeping your IQOS device clean is important, especially if you want to keep the true tobacco taste experience that IQOS has to offer.
Even though IQOS doesn’t burn tobacco, tobacco residue may accumulate inside of the IQOS Holder when used which can keep you from enjoying the true tobacco taste. Wondering how to clean your IQOS? The steps are very simple and exactly the same when it comes to cleaning IQOS 3 DUO, IQOS 3 Multi, and IQOS 2.4 Plus.
1. Cool it
First, set your IQOS holder to cool after use.
2. Tap it
Take the cap off your holder and tap the holder to free any loose tobacco stuck inside. These can be removed using IQOS cleaning sticks.
3. Brush it
Open the IQOS cleaning tool. The cleaning tool has two parts: a longer brush for cleaning around the heating blade; and a shorter brush for cleaning the cap.
Now take the lid off the cleaning tool and gently insert the tool into your holder. Once properly inserted, rotate the cleaning tool 2 to 3 times.
Don’t be tempted to use a toothpick or cotton bud to clean your IQOS, as they may fray and cause damage. Lastly, don’t forget to clean inside the IQOS cap to ensure the HEETS taste doesn’t fade.
4. Wipe it
Can you still see some residue? Gently wipe around the blade with an IQOS cleaning stick.
5. Enjoy it
All done – now you can get back to enjoying your IQOS.
How often should I clean my IQOS?
No need to clean your IQOS after every use. We recommend that you clean your IQOS device after every pack of HEETS (20 tobacco sticks).
