The following rules apply to the Electric Purple Dreams Raffle between April 30 and May 28, 2026 (the “Raffle”).

  1. Raffle Mechanics
    1. By Participating in the Raffle, you agree to (1) have your full name shared on Instagram, (2) be contacted by Customer Service (via Instagram direct messaging, email, or phone) to notify you of your status as a winner and on how to claim your prize. Failure to agree on these terms will result in you not receiving the prize.
    2. You will be automatically included in the Raffle:
      1. If you are a legal age nicotine user who hasn’t bought IQOS ILUMA before and have bought your first IQOS ILUMA i device (any color) from any IQOS Partner store or iqos.com between April 30 and May 28, 2026.
      2. If you are a legal age IQOS ILUMA user, you have played the Electric Purple games on IQOS CLUB or have bought the new IQOS ILUMA i Electric Purple device between April 30 and May 28, 2026.
    3. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or suspend the Raffle at any time without notice.
  2. Eligibility Restrictions
    1. This Raffle is intended for adult nicotine users aged 18 and above who want to continue to consume nicotine products (“Intended User”), and who reside in the country indicated in our contact details. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not participate in this Raffle.
    2. You must be able to validate your age by showing your ID upon collecting your prize from the agreed-on location. Failure to present a valid ID will result in not receiving the prize. You must also sign a consent form stating that you are a legal age nicotine user.
    3. Employees of PMI, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, contractors, consultants, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate in the raffle.
  3. Assignment of the Experience
    1. Winners will be entitled to attend one of the “Electric Dreams” experiences as assigned by PMI. The assigned experience is final and may not be changed, exchanged, or substituted at the request of the winner.
  4. Nature of the Prize
    1. The prize consists exclusively of the assigned “Electric Dreams” experience. The prize is non-transferable will be awarded exclusively to the winner. It may not be exchanged for cash, other goods, services, or any alternative prize, under any circumstances.
    2. 2 winners with their +1s (legal age nicotine users) in total, will be chosen at random if they have followed any of the rules mentioned earlier:
      1. One of the participants with their +1s who are adult nicotine users will win a trip to Slovenia.
      2. One of the participants with their +1s who are adult nicotine users will win a trip to Morocco.
  5. Inability to Attend
    1. If a winner is unable to attend the assigned experience on the scheduled dates, or is unable to attend the specific experience assigned, the winner shall forfeit the prize. No compensation, substitution, or alternative benefit will be provided.
  6. Travel Documentation and Entry Requirements
    1. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity beyond the date of the experience.
    2. The winner is also solely responsible for obtaining and providing any required documentation for the visas to be issued on time. Failure to provide the required documentation and visas on time will make ineligible to receive the prize.
    3. After participation, if you have been selected as a winner, it is important for you to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about you. Failure to provide this information will result in excluding you from the Raffle.
  7. Failure to Meet Requirements
    1. Failure to meet any applicable passport, visa, vaccination, or other travel or entry requirements may result in the winner being excluded from participation in the experience, without any right to compensation, reimbursement, or replacement prize.
