TEREA tobacco sticks were specially developed for IQOS ILUMA. This is why TEREA tobacco sticks cannot be used with previous IQOS heated tobacco devices (ORIGINALS or older), as this may cause damage to the device. HEETS tobacco sticks, in turn, are not suitable for IQOS ILUMA.

Because DELIA tobacco sticks feature a fully sealed tobacco part they are not compatible with IQOS 3 DUO or any earlier blade generation devices. Using a DELIA stick in a adevice with blade heating technology may damage the blade.

IQOS heats tobacco instead of burning it for a simple reason: the burning of tobacco emits high amounts of harmful chemicals like carbon monoxide.
IQOS ILUMA SMARTCORE INDUCTION™ technology and IQOS HeatControl™ technology prevent tobacco from burning, which means they significantly reduce the number and level of harmful chemicals emitted compared to cigarette smoke.
In short and immediately to the point, the answer is yes, it is possible and necessary. DELIA tobacco sticks are designed specifically for use with IQOS ILUMA and exclusively with it.
In a little more detail, here's what you should know about using IQOS ILUMA with DELIA sticks.
DELIA have the same design and size as TEREA. The sticks on both sides are covered with protective filters-plugs — not to filter out tar and combustion products (after all, IQOS aerosol does not have them, because there is no combustion), but so that IQOS ILUMA does not come into contact with tobacco and does not get dirty. A heating element is "hidden" inside the drain - a thin metal plate. This plate is heated inductively, from electromagnetic waves. This is a unique know-how from IQOS — how to make sure that tobacco does not come into contact with the device, but heats up from the inside of the stick (after all, this is how it warms up best and gives a rich taste).
These sticks differ from TEREA in tastes, assortment, design and price.
Therefore, DELIA sticks, like TEREA, are ideally suited to IQOS ILUMA of all models - IQOS ILUMA, PRIME, ONE and even IQOS ILUMA i.
They are not suitable for all IQOS devices of previous generations with a heating blade (IQOS DUO, ONE, 3, MULTI, 2.4 Plus), for Lil of all models and Bonds. If you try to use DELIA with these devices, then at best the stick simply will not heat up, at worst, you risk damaging the device.
The process of using DELIA sticks will also be no different from using TEREA. With light pressure, insert the drain to the line on the filter. If you have doubts about whether the stick was inserted on the right side, we give a hint: look at the logo - if the logo is visible on the stick, then the stick is inserted with the correct side. As soon as you insert the stick, you can relax — then IQOS ILUMA will do everything on its own without additional button presses. It will start heating, heat the tobacco and tell you by vibration when you can start using it.
As soon as IQOS ILUMA signals with a vibration that the heating is over, you can start the session. DELIA does not yet have sticks with capsules, so you do not need to squeeze the filter to burst the capsule. The DELIA stick, as well as the TEREA, lasts an average of 14 puffs or 6 minutes of use, whichever comes first. Puffs should be done smoothly, with pauses between them (at least 4-5 seconds). So the drain will have time to warm up, and the aerosol and taste will remain saturated with each draft.
If necessary, the stick can be removed at any time without waiting for the end of the session. The device will turn off automatically.
